These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and mbi33 (hereinafter referred to as "mbi33", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at mbi33.cam.
By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the mbi33 platform in any capacity, you represent that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
mbi33 provides online gaming and sports betting services to eligible players located in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted under applicable law. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in their country or state of residence prior to registering an account or placing any bets.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on mbi33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Each Player may hold only one Account on the mbi33 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. During registration, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information including their full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile telephone number. The use of pseudonyms, fictitious identities, or another person's personal data is a material breach of this Agreement.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. mbi33 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
mbi33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address may also be required. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or Account suspension.
mbi33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels:
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on Account verification status. Players are encouraged to confirm applicable limits within their Account settings.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via FPX may take between 5 and 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and are typically credited within 15 to 30 minutes.
All Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on the blockchain. mbi33 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
Players may request withdrawals of real money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, mbi33 may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.3. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing. mbi33 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for up to 72 hours while verification is completed.
Once approved, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified Accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional security checks are required. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network conditions and may take up to 60 minutes.
Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set per Account tier and payment method. Players who wish to withdraw amounts exceeding standard daily limits should contact customer support to arrange a scheduled withdrawal.
Promotional offers are available to eligible Players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration, passed KYC verification, and made at least one qualifying deposit. Bonuses are awarded on a one-per-household and one-per-IP-address basis unless otherwise specified.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. For example, a bonus with a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus would require a total betting volume of RM3,500 before the bonus converts to real money. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of bet value. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the individual promotion terms. mbi33 reserves the right to update game contribution rates with reasonable notice.
mbi33 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: pattern betting, low-risk arbitrage strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, and any other activity that exploits promotional terms unfairly. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their Account suspended.
All bets and wagers placed on the mbi33 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, odds, and stake — before confirmation. mbi33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an obvious system error has occurred as determined solely by mbi33.
Single-transaction winnings may be subject to maximum payout limits. The applicable limit for each game or market is displayed within the game or betting interface. mbi33 reserves the right to void any portion of a payout that exceeds the stated maximum for the relevant product.
All sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), Champions League, UFC, and other competitions, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void market, the rules governing settlement will apply as stated in the sports betting rules documentation. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
In the event of a technical error, server failure, or connectivity disruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, mbi33 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Any credits or charges arising from a technical malfunction will be reversed. mbi33 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbi33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
mbi33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) Account activity triggers automated fraud detection systems; (c) mbi33 is required to do so by a regulatory instruction, court order, or law enforcement request; or (d) the Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the Account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and funds restored. Where a breach is confirmed, mbi33 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to return only deposits that are not implicated in prohibited conduct.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any real money balance remaining in the Account (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be made available for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements. Accounts closed under self-exclusion are subject to the conditions outlined in Section 13.
All content, software, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the mbi33 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of mbi33 or its licensors. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of mbi33. Any unauthorised use of Platform materials may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbi33 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses attributable to technical malfunction, network failure, or force majeure events; or (d) the conduct or content of third-party game providers or payment processors.
Where mbi33's liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mbi33 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

mbi33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notification on the Platform at least 7 days prior to taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure under Section 10.3.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through mbi33's internal complaints procedure.
To initiate a formal complaint, Players should submit a written description of the dispute to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". mbi33 will acknowledge the complaint within 3 business days and issue a formal response within 14 business days.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
